防护装饰性锌镍合金电镀工艺

摘要:

[目的]针对传统Zn–Ni合金镀层装饰性不足问题,开发兼具高防护性和装饰性的Zn–Ni电镀工艺。[方法]以锌合金压铸件为基体,先采用聚合硫氰酸盐电镀Cu–Zn合金底层,再酸性电镀Zn–Ni合金功能镀层,接着进行三价铬蓝白钝化和电泳涂装后处理。[结果]采用该工艺制备的镀层外观靓丽,结合力良好,中性盐雾试验1 000 h以上表面无腐蚀产物生成。[结论]本工艺制备的镀层兼具Zn–Ni合金的高耐蚀性和电泳涂层的装饰性,具有良好的市场前景。

Abstract:

[Objective] To address the insufficient decorative properties of traditional Zn–Ni alloy coatings, an electroplating process was developed to prepare Zn–Ni alloy coating with both high corrosion resistance and enhanced aesthetic appeal. [Method] Zinc alloy die-casting were sequentially processed by:(1) polythiocyanate Cu–Zn alloy electroplating,(2) acidic Zn–Ni alloy electroplating,(3) trivalent chromium blue-white passivation, and(4) electrophoretic coating. [Result] The obtained coating exhibited excellent visual quality and strong adhesion, without corrosion products after over 1 000 hours of neutral salt spray test. [Conclusion] The developed process successfully integrates the superior corrosion resistance of Zn–Ni alloy with the decorative properties of electrophoretic coating, demonstrating significant potential for industrial applications.
