采用水合肼作为还原剂在聚苯乙烯微球表面进行化学镀镍,得到了聚苯乙烯/镍(PS/Ni)复合微球。考察了温度、主盐C_4H_6O_4Ni·4H_2O浓度、配位剂EDTA-2Na浓度、还原剂N_2H4·H_2O浓度和装载量对微球表面形貌的影响,得到最优操作条件为:主盐0.12 mol/L,配位剂0.11 mol/L,还原剂0.38 mol/L,CH3COONa 0.17 mol/L,装载量1 g/L,温度55℃。所得镍层中不含磷元素,致密光滑。
Abstract:The electroless nickel plating was conducted on the surface of polystyrene microsphere with hydrazine hydrate as a reducing agent to prepare polystyrene/nickel(PS/Ni) composite microsphere. The effect of temperature, concentrations of nickel salt(C_4H_6O4 Ni·4H_2O), coordination agent(EDTA-2 Na), and reducing agent(N_2H4·H_2O), and loading capacity on the surface morphology of microsphere were studied. The optimal operation conditions were determined as follows: nickel salt 0.12 mol/L, coordination agent 0.11 mol/L, reducing agent 0.38 mol/L, CH_3COONa 0.17 mol/L, loading capacity 1 g/L, and temperature 55 ℃. The nickel coating obtained thereunder is phosphorus-free, compact, and smooth.
