[目的]探究脱脂程度对冷轧钢板硅烷化处理后电泳漆膜耐蚀性的影响,并验证实验室电泳实验结果与产线实际工艺效果的一致性。[方法]以DC01冷轧板为基材,在实验室进行不同时间(0、2和4 min)的脱脂与硅烷化处理,随后将同一批硅烷化试板分为两组,分别在实验室电泳设备与产线电泳槽中完成涂装。通过漆膜厚度测量、百格法测试、中性盐雾(NSS)试验及循环盐雾试验(CCT)研究了钢板脱脂程度对电泳漆膜性能的影响。[结果]当脱脂时间为4 min时,漆膜厚度达标,划线处的单边最大扩蚀宽度显著降低,且抗石击等级满足乘用车标准。脱脂不净时,硅烷膜存在缺陷,导致漆膜耐蚀性显著下降;百格法测试则无法有效区分不同电泳漆膜的附着力差异。[结论]在脱脂充分(≥2 min)的条件下,实验室与产线电泳工艺对脱脂程度的影响趋势一致。本工艺推荐脱脂时间为4 min,这是获得优质硅烷膜的关键,可确保电泳漆膜的耐蚀性满足主流乘用车涂装标准要求。

Abstract:

[Objective] To verify the consistency between laboratory e-coating experiments and actual production line processes, the effect of degreasing degree on the corrosion resistance of e-coating on cold-rolled steel sheets after silane treatment needs to be studied. [Method] Using DC01 cold-rolled steel sheets as substrates, degreasing and silane treatment were performed in the laboratory for different durations(0, 2, and 4 min). The same batch of silane-treated panels was divided into two groups and coated using laboratory electrophoresis equipment and a production line electrophoresis bath, respectively. The effects of degreasing degree on the e-coating properties were studied through film thickness measurement, cross-cut test, neutral salt spray(NSS) test, and cyclic corrosion test(CCT). [Result] When the degreasing time was 4 min, the coating thickness met the standard requirements, the maximum unilateral corrosion width at the scribe line was significantly reduced, and the stone chip resistance rating satisfied passenger car standards. Inadequate degreasing resulted in defects in silane film, leading to a significant decrease in coating corrosion resistance. The cross-cut test, however, failed to effectively distinguish adhesion differences among the e-coatings. [Conclusion] Under sufficient degreasing conditions(≥ 2 min), the effect of degreasing degree on coating performance showed consistent trends in both laboratory and production line e-coating processes. A degreasing time of 4 min is recommended, as it is critical for forming a high-quality silane film and ensuring that the corrosion resistance of the e-coating meets mainstream passenger car coating standards.
